The client, a prominent Italian and European company specializing in domestic and international transport and integrated logistics, is actively pursuing environmental sustainability initiatives.
In partnership with our financial collaborator, Noleggio Energia, the client engaged Esse Solar, a leading photovoltaic firm in Italy, to conduct a comprehensive analysis, design, and implementation of a customized photovoltaic system. This system is engineered to optimize self-consumption of the energy generated by the photovoltaic installation, thereby achieving a substantial degree of energy independence from the national grid.
What made it even more compelling was the integration of a custom-designed sustainable financial solution by our partner Noleggio Energia. This innovative approach enabled the client to acquire a photovoltaic system without directly investing in the asset. Instead, they pay a "pay-for-use" fee, creating a positive cash flow by balancing the savings generated by the system with the fee itself.
The 352 kWp photovoltaic project, constructed with Longi modules, is projected to generate approximately 380,000 kWh per year of renewable energy. This initiative will lead to an annual savings of fossil fuels equivalent to 70 TEP (Tons of Oil Equivalent) and a reduction of CO2 emissions by 120 tons per year.
