Tan De Company, one of Vietnam's largest garment manufacturers and exporters with over 17,000 employees, is a prominent player in the country's garment industry. It has a significant number of modern factories in Vietnam, providing the global garment industry with a high-quality and stable source of goods.
Nevertheless, the extremely high scale and production volume of Tan De Company pose energy problems that cannot be ignored. With the electricity price in Vietnam rising year by year, the issue of high electricity costs has become increasingly prominent. At the same time, the frequent cleaning of conventional modules over time has also brought high operation and maintenance costs.
Therefore, in order to address these issues, Tan De Company chose to collaborate with Longi. Owing to Longi's state-of-the-art technology, its antidust design will comprehensively reduce their operation and maintenance costs. Moreover, the yeild performance is better as simulation. The project involves the installation of 11 MWp of solar PV rooftop systems across nine factories. It utilizes LONGi Hi - MO X6 modules equipped with anti-dust technology to maximize energy output. The system is expected to generate 12,603 MWh annually and reduce 8,527 tons of CO2 emissions annually, aligning Tan De with international green manufacturing standards.
