Australia, October 11th 2024 - the Hydrogen Park Murray Valley project in Australia officially started the construction. The Hon Josh Wilson MP (Assistant Minister for Climate Change and Energy in Australia), together with Mr. Ma Jun, President of LONGi Hydrogen, Mr. Jiang Ren, Sales President of APAC of LONGi Hydrogen, and project partners attended the groundbreaking ceremony, witnessing an important moment in the development of Australia’s largest green hydrogen project which marked a new chapter in the country's energy transition.
LONGi Hydrogen provides a total green hydrogen production solution and 2 sets of 1000Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer for this project. Upon full completion, the Murray Valley Hydrogen Park will become Australia’s largest green hydrogen project, eight times the size of the existing largest green hydrogen project in the country, supplying cleaner energy to approximately 40,000 households and businesses. It is expected to achieve an annual average carbon reduction of up to 3,000 tons, bringing new sustainable economy ideas to the Wodonga local community and continually creating job opportunities in the local market.
