L’historique Jim Barry Winery est situé à Clare Valley, en Nouvelle-Galles du Sud, en Australie. Sam Barry, un leader de la nouvelle génération, ne s’accroche pas aux classiques et croit que le vin doit être transformé et exploré. Cet esprit a également été appliqué à l’alimentation électrique de Sam, car le projet photovoltaïque distribué de 99,9 kW est officiellement mis en ligne, ajoutant un paysage verdoyant à la vallée de Clare et donnant à la cave la possibilité de « faire du vin » à partir de la lumière du soleil.
