During transactions with suppliers, LONGi will provide a fair and just sunshine cooperation eco-environment to global suppliers. LONGi will conduct fair and impartial evaluations on supplier qualifications, product quality, product technical safety, delivery time, cost, sustainable supply ability and other aspects, and select the most suitable suppliers based for its the global supply chain.
02 Honest and Law-Abiding
During transactions with suppliers, LONGi will adhere to relevant national laws and regulations, industry self-regulations, international conventions and practices. It will be honest and law-abiding, not providing false information. LONGi will also strictly and properly manage and protect any confidential information of suppliers obtained through procurement transactions. Furthermore, LONGi will not engage in procurement transactions that infringe on third party rights such as intellectual property rights
03 Adhere to Business Ethics
LONGi is committed to upholding business ethics, complying with social norms, and promoting supplier integrity and self-discipline to build honest procurement.
04 Practice Corporate Social Responsibility
In procurement activities, LONGi will adhere to international standards on labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, and regulations and rules of various countries and regions. Whiling assuming its own social responsibility, LONGi requires suppliers to comply with the Supplier Statement and Supplier CSR Code of Conduct, not using conflict minerals, and motivating suppliers to carry out social responsibility activities to co-build the responsible supply chain.
05 Advocate Green Procurement
LONGi will collaborate with suppliers to promote eco-friendly activities, adopt saving and alternative measures, explore innovative opportunities through value engineering, reduce consumption of energy, water, and natural resources, protect biodiversity, continue to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, encourage suppliers to set emission reduction targets and implement action plans, control and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and practice green procurement;
